Bus Stop Locations:

• Bracebridge (8:00am & 4pm) = Rotary Club - 131 Wellington St 

• Gravenhurst (8:20am & 3:35pm= Independent Grocer - 290 First St (in the dirt parking lot, across Centennial St, near the east side of the store

Bus Procedures regarding pick ups & drop off:

•  The Bus will depart 5 minutes after the pick up time, so if you are running late, please transport your campers directly to Great Moose Adventures

• If your campers are reluctant to jump on the bus, you can bring them to camp yourself, and try again another day

•  If you need to speak to the camp staff about something important that requires a longer conversation we are happy to arrange a phone call, please let us know via email to arrange a good time

• We will email you in the morning & afternoon if Hammond Bus is running late - it happens on occurrence and is beyond our control 

Gear:

• Please LABEL everything - many younger campers won't be able to recognize their own stuff

• You are welcome to leave a bag of gear at camp for the week. We recommend a 2 bag system: 1 bag to keep at camp, and one to bag to travel back in forth every day with a lunch, water bottle, bathing suit and towel

• All 'Lost & Find' items will be sorted (camp wide) and be sent home on Friday

Communication:

• When all campers arrive safely at camp in the morning, we'll send a quick email to let you know that all is well. No response is necessary.   

• Any note worthy occurences that happen during the day will be delivered via email from the Camp Directors between 3-5pm, so no news is good news! 

• Our Bus Staff are here to keep kids safe & happy on the Bus. They will be busy at drop & pickup, and might not have all the answers - please send an email to oe@greatmooseadventures if you have any questions

• Swag! We have hats & t-shirts ($30) and sunglasses ($10) available, we'll have a stash on the bus - please let us know if you are interested. We accept etransfers (oe@greatmooseadventures.com) and cash
